For orders under the free delivery total, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, with prices ranging from £3.95 to £15.95. The brand uses Yodel and DPD for all orders within the UK mainland, and delivery times may vary depending on the location. Brewdog return policy
Brewdog's return policy states that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed. Once the goods are received back in their warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Merchandise items must be returned in their original packaging to the address provided. For any issues with beer, cider or spirit goods, customers should contact the company directly. If an attempted delivery is damaged, customers can refuse the order and it will be returned to Brewdog.
