Boxed Water offers free standard ground shipping for their products, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery, but only within the lower 48 states. For larger orders of 20+ cases, the brand may opt to ship via freight, which has a longer lead time of 3 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, the brand does not offer expedited shipping at this time, but customers can contact them directly if they need their order by a certain date.

Boxed Water's return policy states that once a product is purchased through their website, the transaction is complete and they will not accept returns or refunds or exchange that product for any reason, except for damaged products. If a product is damaged during delivery, they will replace it with a similar product for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To request a replacement, customers must email hello@boxedwaterisbetter.com with the order number, picture, and written description of the damage. For exchanges, hats and clothing items can be exchanged for a like item of a different size within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn and in their original condition. Customers must email hello@boxedwaterisbetter.com to initiate an exchange and will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Boxed Water does not accept returns or refunds for any other reason, and this policy is subject to change without notice.
