Boxed Water offers free standard ground shipping for their products, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery, but only within the lower 48 states. For larger orders of 20+ cases, the brand may opt to ship via freight, which has a longer lead time of 3 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, the brand does not offer expedited shipping at this time, but customers can contact them directly if they need their order by a certain date.
Boxed Water's return policy states that once a product is purchased through their website, the transaction is complete and they will not accept returns or refunds or exchange that product for any reason, except for damaged products. If a product is damaged during delivery, they will replace it with a similar product for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To request a replacement, customers must email hello@boxedwaterisbetter.com with the order number, picture, and written description of the damage. For exchanges, hats and clothing items can be exchanged for a like item of a different size within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn and in their original condition.
