BLANQI ships domestically to all 50 states, US P.O. Boxes, territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Customers can choose from USPS Standard (3-10 business days, $7) or FedEx 2-Day (2 business days, $9). For orders over $125, BLANQI offers free shipping. Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once their order ships.BLANQI also ships internationally to Canada, Australia, and the EU, with fees varying between $9-$13. Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
BLANQI offers a return policy for customers who need to return or exchange an order, as long as it meets the brand’s requirements. Customers must start the return process within 30 days of purchase, and all items must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed). Final sale items are non-returnable, and returns are not accepted from international customers. To return an item, customers must go to the BLANQI website and click on ‘Returns & Exchanges’ at the very bottom of the page. They will then enter the information requested and if valid, they will receive a return authorization along with instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
