Custom items are made-to-order and take time to produce. All items include an expected ship date on the product page, in cart, at checkout, and on the order confirmation email.
BaubleBar return policy
30-day return window
Standard eligible items can be returned within 30 days unused and unworn with tags attached in original packaging. Custom, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Holiday purchases (November 1 - December 16, 2025) can be returned until January 15, 2026 if postmarked by that date.
