Batch Organics has a customer-friendly return policy. If a customer is unhappy with a product or ingredient, they should contact the company within seven days of receiving the smoothie ingredients. Batch Organics will either replace the smoothie or ingredient at their expense or provide a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price. The company may require the return or photographic documentation of any smoothie ingredient before providing a credit or refund. Cash refunds will only be issued for cash payments, and refunds on orders partially paid by discounts or store credits will be issued on a pro-rata basis or wholly via store credits.
