Baron offers worldwide shipping through their online store, The Web Shop. The Web Shop is open 24/7, but deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. After placing an order, Baron processes, ships, and delivers it as quickly as possible. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once their order leaves Baron's storage. The carrier is responsible for delivering the order to the customer's address after it has left Baron's storage. If a package is not collected or received within 14 days, it will be sent back to Baron, and the customer will be charged a fee of 299 SEK to cover administrative, shipping, and handling costs. Customers are not entitled to a legal right of regret for uncollected or unreceived shipments. If the customer wants the package sent again, they will be charged for the shipping cost. In Sweden, Baron ships with DHL, and the package will be delivered to the closest delivery point to the shipping address. The normal delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days. For all other countries, Baron ships with UPS, and the package is delivered to the customer's delivery address. The normal delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days. Baron currently offers free worldwide shipping for orders above 150€. Orders below 150€ are charged a 10€ shipping fee. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility to pay. Baron ships packages according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning they do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. Customers should contact their local customs office for more information. These charges are not refundable upon returning the order, and if the customer does not pay them, they will be deducted from the refund.

Baron has a return policy that allows customers to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, customers must send an email to returns@baron.se and include their order number. A return slip will be provided for the order. The item must be in perfect condition, meaning it is new, unused, and has its price tag, labels, and original packaging fully intact. Baron does not accept returns for items that are used, dirty, washed, or damaged in any way. If an item is returned and found to be damaged, it will be returned to the customer. Once the returned item is received by Baron, a refund will be issued within 10 business days, excluding shipping charges. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or the bank account used for payment. If the complete order is returned, the refund will also include the shipping cost. It is important to note that the return policy is not applicable to items that have been embossed. Currently, Baron does not provide free returns for international orders, and the return cost, as well as any duties and taxes, are paid by the customer.
