Bag-all ships worldwide and are processed within 2 business days and shipped in compostable mailers made of mushrooms. Domestic orders are shipped to all locations in the US and international orders are shipped using carriers such as Fedex, DHL, and UPS. Bag-all recommends choosing a shipping option with insurance to protect against lost or damaged packages. Bag-all’s Return Policy
Bag-all allows returns for store credit or exchange within 30 business days of purchase. Monogrammed items and items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Customers must send the product they wish to exchange back to Bag-all and pay for shipping both ways. The item(s) being returned must be in new, unused condition to be eligible. Bag-all processes returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If an item is damaged or incorrect, customers should contact customer service. Bag-all will replace defective items within 30 days of delivery but is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping couriers.
