Arena offers free initial shipping for their Arena Platform and Accessory kit. In case the platform needs to be repaired or replaced, shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a customer decides to cancel their Arena membership after 9 months, they will be responsible for all shipping costs needed to return the Arena platform, including shipping of new packaging materials and the platform itself.
Arena has a return policy that requires all items, including the Arena Unit and accessories, to be in new condition and packed in the original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. If the original packaging is not available, the company will provide a replacement package for an additional $30 charge. To return an item, customers must ensure that the Arena Unit is powered off, handle accessories are removed, and the charger is unplugged and securely tucked inside the handle slots. The company will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item. However, if any items are returned in damaged condition, missing parts, or show signs of misuse or unauthorized use, the company may refuse a refund or charge additional fees. Customers are responsible for a return shipping fee of $150. The company does not refund the original shipping cost, and all returns are final.
