Anicorn offers international shipping for their products, with shipments being made 1-3 working days after the order is placed. Customers will receive a shipment tracking number via email once the parcel is dispatched. It is important to note that Anicorn is not responsible for any custom fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred during international shipments, and customers are responsible for estimating and paying for such fees. The condition of the packaging box on arrival cannot be guaranteed, but if there is any damage to the product due to poor packaging, Anicorn will take responsibility for it. For local delivery, Anicorn uses HK Post or SF Express, with a delivery time of 1-2 working days. For international delivery, Anicorn uses HK Post with a delivery time of 7-14 working days, or UPS/Fedex with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. The choice of service provider is at Anicorn's discretion. Unfortunately, there is no information available on shipping prices, costs, or any shipping deals for purchases over a certain price at this time.
Anicorn's return policy allows customers to cancel their order before it has shipped by contacting info@anicorn-watches.com with their order number. While the brand will try their best to fulfill the cancellation request, they cannot guarantee timely fulfillment due to real-time order processing. To make a return, customers must inform Anicorn by sending an email to info@anicorn-watches.com along with their order number. The item should be packed with the original packaging and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, with tracking obtained. The return shipment cost will be borne by the customer. Once the return is received and confirmed to be undamaged and unworn, a refund will be made to the original payment method. However, there will be a handling and processing charge of US$7.99 and an original shipping charge of US$19.99 deducted from the refund amount. The refund processing time is expected to be 7-14 working days after the return is received. Anicorn will notify the customer via email once the refund is processed. Certain items are not eligible for refund, including items marked as sales or collaboration items, free gifts, returns received in damaged or worn condition, and items such as leather straps, metal bands, and T-shirts for hygiene reasons.
