Ami Ami processes orders within 2 business days before shipping via FedEx. Ground shipping can be delivered 7 days a week, but orders placed on Thursday will be held until the following Monday unless next Day Air Shipping option is selected. FedEx cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine is preferred. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 years of age or older). Shipping rates vary on orders over 8 pounds. Ami Ami is only able to ship wine to the states listed on their website and does not offer international sales or shipping. The brand is not liable for any packages damaged due to hot or cold weather.
Ami Ami's return policy states that if a wine shipment is unable to be signed for by someone 21 years or older on any of the three delivery attempts, FedEx will return the package back to the winery.
