Returns that are received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Unauthorised returns will also be returned to the customer. If a customer receives a damaged or faulty item, they should contact the Client Experience team before returning it. Online purchases cannot be returned to a boutique. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt and are issued to the original method of payment. Size exchanges are only offered for the same product, and replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days if available. If the chosen replacement size is not in stock, the customer will be automatically refunded. Certain items, such as hosiery, lipsticks, lip balms, skincare, perfume, and earrings, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Returns on Agent Provocateur x Lovehoney toys are only accepted if the product remains unopened with the tamper seal intact or if the item is faulty. Gift vouchers are not cash refundable, but items purchased with gift vouchers can be size exchanged or re-credited. Boutique returns are only accepted for non-sale (full price) items within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and in perfect condition with tags attached. Returns for lipsticks, lip balms, skincare, and earrings are not accepted. All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
