For Australian orders, free standard shipping is available for orders over $100, while orders below $100 have a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping. Express shipping can be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $15. For New Zealand orders, free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 NZD, while orders below $150 have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 NZD. For the rest of the world, a flat rate standard shipping fee of $25 AUD applies, and customers can choose express post for a flat rate of $35. International customers may incur customs fees and duties.

Tiny Organics ships their meals in temperature-controlled boxes with dry ice, ensuring that the products arrive fresh and ready to eat. The outer box is fully recyclable, and the green insulation is biodegradable, making it easy for customers to dispose of. Orders placed by 10AM ET Monday through Friday will be shipped within 4 business days, and customers will receive a separate email with tracking information once their order ships. Currently, Tiny Organics delivers to all U.S. states except for Hawaii and Alaska.

Bobbie offers a 14-day return policy for their items. Customers can request an exchange or credit note, but refunds are not provided for change of mind.
