If an order was placed more than 3 business days ago and no confirmation email has been received, customers can provide their order number and email for further investigation. Missing packages usually turn up within a few days, but if an order hasn't been received within 3 days of delivery confirmation, customers can contact York Athletics for further assistance.

York Athletics offers a 30-day return policy for all purchases. If a customer is not satisfied with their order, they can return it for a refund or exchange for a different size or style.
