Aerin Perfume’s Shipping Policy
Aerin's shipping policy states that they only ship within the continental US. Orders may take up to 3 days for processing and they offer two delivery options: standard (arriving in 7–10 business days) and two-day shipping. For domestic customers, there is free shipping on orders over $150 and a percentage off when you reach the two-day shipping minimum. Aerin does not ship internationally.
Aerin Perfume’s Return Policy
Aerin has a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. To return an item, customers must get in touch with the brand to receive a prepaid UPS return label, specify their reason for returning the item(s) on the form included in their package, box everything back up with the original packing slip, and attach the return label to the outside of their package and drop it off at their local post office. The company will process the return within a few business days. Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
