Windsor is a fashion brand that ships orders within the US, to US military locations, and US territories. The processing time for orders is typically 1-2 business days, but during peak shopping times, processing times can be extended to 3-4 business days. The estimated shipping/transit time will depend on the shipment option chosen during checkout. The options at checkout are Everyday Shipping (1-9 business days), Standard Shipping (1-5 business days), and Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days). Due to COVID-19, some shipping methods may be delayed. Unfortunately, shipping methods cannot be changed once an order has been placed. US military shipments must ship via Everyday Shipping and can take several weeks to arrive depending on the final destination. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available only via Expedited Shipping. Windsor does not provide any information on shipping prices or shipping deals for purchases over a certain price. For international shipping, processing times can take up to 3-4 business days. Shipping/transit times will depend on the shipment option chosen during checkout and will vary by country.

Windsor's return policy allows eligible products to be returned within 30 days from the original purchase ship date, while Special Occasion and Formal Dresses can be returned within 14 days. Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached. Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned, and any items with a discount of more than 30% are also FINAL SALE. Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. To exchange an item, customers can start the return process online and place a new order for a replacement item. Refunds for mail returns will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the $7.95 return label fee. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. There is a $15 USD return label fee for all international orders.
