VICI offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 within the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days. Standard shipping for orders under $100 costs $8.95 and takes the same estimated time for delivery. Priority shipping costs $12.95 and takes 2-4 business days, while express shipping costs $22.99 and ships orders placed before 12pm PT the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Orders shipped to US PO boxes and APO addresses are shipped by USPS. For international orders, VICI uses DHL eCommerce and DHL Express for shipping, with prices varying by country and region. Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) is included in the final amount of the order upon checkout for international orders. VICI is not responsible for any country-specific tariffs or duties imposed on orders by respective governments. Preorder items are not eligible for priority or express shipping, and VICI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

VICI accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn and unwashed, or they will be denied. Free returns are offered for store credit only, and returns are free for U.S customers. Final sale items, flash sale items, style steals items, and all accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, belts, and handbags) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To initiate a return, customers must visit the Returns Center and select the eligible return items from their order. International, APO, and PO Box addresses are not covered for return shipping, and customers must send their return to the Fairfield address provided. Once the return is delivered to the warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for the team to process, and an E-Gift Card with store credit will be emailed. Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size, if available, and customers are only allowed one exchange per item. If an item is damaged or defective, customers must contact the customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the item. VICI does not offer returns information for payments made with Klarna, Afterpay, or Shop Pay.
