United by Blue offers a variety of shipping options for customers in the USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Orders can take 1-4 business days to process before shipping, and once an order is placed, the shipping option cannot be changed. Standard shipping to the continental US is $9.99 for orders under $150, and free for orders over $150. Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days. Ground shipping costs $15, with an estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days. Express shipping costs $22, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days. Overnight shipping costs $34, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is also available for an additional fee. International orders may experience delays in customs, and customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
United by Blue return policy
30-day return window
United by Blue has a 30-day return policy for most of their products, with a few exceptions such as final sale items, discounted apparel, warehouse and sample sale purchases, and gift cards. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached and not washed or worn. If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit. The company aims to become 100% plastic-free and encourages plastic-free returns. International returns must be made at the buyer's shipping cost. All refunds require an $8.00 processing fee, and exchanges and returns for store credit are free. If an item sells out before a return is finalized, the exchange will default to a refund.
