Standard shipping to the continental US is $9.99 for orders under $150, and free for orders over $150. Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days. Ground shipping costs $15, with an estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days. Express shipping costs $22, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days. Overnight shipping costs $34, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is also available for an additional fee. United by Blue has a 30-day return policy for most of their products, with a few exceptions such as final sale items, discounted apparel, warehouse and sample sale purchases, and gift cards. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached and not washed or worn. If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit. The company aims to become 100% plastic-free and encourages plastic-free returns.
