Unique Vintage offers several shipping options for domestic orders. In-store pick-up is available for free at their Burbank, CA location. Free shipping is available for orders over $150, while orders under $150 are charged $8.99 for shipping. Ground/economy shipping takes 4-8 business days and costs $11.99, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days and costs $26.99. Overnight shipping is also available at a cost of $36.99. Military orders can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, shipping options include RRD with a transit time of 4-10 business days and DHL with a transit time of 3-5 business days. Additional customs and duties fees may apply for international orders, and free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount for select countries. It is important to note that Unique Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Unique Vintage accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Items such as hair accessories, beauty products, lingerie, hosiery, and certain dresses marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Returns must be postmarked by the carrier on the return label, and customers are responsible for obtaining proof of return. Packages postmarked after 30 days, items received with no tags attached, or in worn/damaged condition will not be accepted. There is a 10% restocking fee for shoe returns and lightly damaged items, and a $25 fee for items requiring deep cleaning. Damaged or soiled items may receive a refund in the form of store credit. If a damaged or wrong item is received, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours to receive a return authorization label. Unique Vintage offers an Instant Refund option for eligible customers, where they can receive a voucher for the amount of the returned items less the $8 return shipping fee. International orders do not qualify for a prepaid return label and all returns will be processed as refunds.
