Uniqfind ships to most countries except for a few exclusions such as Nicaragua, Cuba, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Kosovo, Russia, Syria, Sudan, and Somalia. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. For Canadian and US standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days from the ship date. International standard shipping takes an estimated 14-25 business days to arrive, but does not include any delays experienced at customs. Uniqfind is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties, and tariffs. If an order is returned to sender, Uniqfind reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

Uniqfind offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact info@uniqfind.com for instructions, but the company does not provide pre-paid return labels. Returns are processed only after the product has arrived back at the company's facility in Canada and will only be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable, and custom orders are final sale. Any returned products must be in the exact same condition as when received, or customers will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Uniqfind will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges or if a customer received the wrong product. If a product is received damaged or faulty, customers must email info@uniqfind.com with photo documentation to address the issue.
