Burga offers worldwide shipping with all orders being dispatched from their warehouse within 2-3 business days. Customers can choose between standard delivery for $8.95 or UPS express delivery for $19.95, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch. Standard delivery is free for orders above $70. Shipping times vary depending on location, with Europe taking 4-9 business days, USA & Canada taking 7-15 business days, and the rest of the world taking 10-20 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track their parcel.

Customers can return items within 30 days of receiving their order by contacting hello@burga.com. Personalized and customized products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they have a manufacturer's defect.
