Burga offers worldwide shipping with all orders being dispatched from their warehouse within 2-3 business days. Customers can choose between standard delivery for $8.95 or UPS express delivery for $19.95, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch. Standard delivery is free for orders above $70. Shipping times vary depending on location, with Europe taking 4-9 business days, USA & Canada taking 7-15 business days, and the rest of the world taking 10-20 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track their parcel.
Burga accepts returns within 30 days of receiving the order. Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returning the item. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
