UNIF offers shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Expedited delivery options are prioritized. Domestic shipments have three options: Economy (5-9 business days), Standard (3-5 business days), and Express (2-3 business days). All orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, Military Bases, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. International shipments have two options: Standard (1-3 weeks) and Express (3-5 business days). All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. UNIF states the value of the order directly on the package. Shipping prices vary by country, and some countries may have shipping delays due to current world events. For orders over $150, Economy shipping is free for domestic shipments. For orders over $250, Standard shipping is free for all countries except Australia, Canada, Singapore, Israel, UK, Russia, China, Hong Kong, most of Europe, and all South American countries.

UNIF offers a 30-day return policy for full-price items, with the option of a full refund or store credit. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. International returns must be made at the customer's expense, and any refunds over $500 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items purchased on sale with additional discounts and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Hygienic items such as sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear, and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox, or a $10 box replacement fee will be deducted from the refund. Customers must follow the link provided to start their return, and a pre-paid FedEx return label will be provided for domestic returns requested within 30 days of purchase. It can take up to 10 business days for returns to be processed, and an additional 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to post back to the account. If an item is damaged or incorrect, the customer should contact customer service immediately for a free exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt.
