Turtle Beach return policy
30-day return window
Turtle Beach offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from their website. Customers must return products in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, customers must email sales@turtlebeach.com with their order number in the subject line. Turtle Beach will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide further instructions. The RMA expires after 20 days, and customers are responsible for shipping products back to Turtle Beach via a traceable method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Turtle Beach will pay for return shipping only in cases of damaged/defective products or order errors. Products not purchased on TurtleBeach.com are not eligible for return under this policy.
