Thursday Boots offers free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50. They also offer free return shipping for items valued at $80 or more. However, they do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm ET will not ship the same day. It is important to note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. Thursday Boots reserves the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Thursday Boot Company.

Thursday Boots offers a free exchange or return policy within the contiguous U.S. for orders that meet certain criteria. The items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the original order. Returns cannot be made for Thursday Seconds, opened shoe care items, or socks that have been tried on. In-store purchases cannot be returned via the online portal. Once the warehouse receives the return, it takes up to two weeks to issue a refund or store credit.
