Thunders Love orders are shipped through DPD or DHL in a single package whenever possible. If the customer is not available for delivery, DPD will leave a note for pickup at the nearest delegation. Customers can track their shipment at any time. Orders within Spain and Portugal have free shipping, while orders over €100 in the rest of Europe and the United States and over €150 for the rest of the world also have free shipping. Deliveries are made within 2-5 business days, with a possible extension for orders outside of the peninsula. In case of any stock issues or changes to the order, the buyer will be contacted for a possible product change or wait for replacement by the supplier.

Thunders Love has a return policy that allows customers to return products within 14 working days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with its label intact. Customers must contact the brand to manage the collection of the product. Once the product is received and checked, Thunders Love will refund the amount paid by bank transfer or credit on the bank card used for the payment. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the reception of the order in the warehouse. If the product is not received in its original packaging and with its labeling, the return will be canceled. Thunders Love will handle all shipping costs for defective products or erroneous shipments. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of ordering by contacting the brand via email.
