The Sleep Code is a wellness brand founded in 2020 by a mother and daughter duo with a shared passion for healthy sleep rituals. Based on their personal experiences, they curated a collection of over 150 international brands that offer luxurious and relaxing sleepwear, skincare, bath & body, health & wellness, home, and aromatherapy products for women, men, and children. The Sleep Code believes that sleep is the foundation of wellness, and they strive to enhance their customers' nightly and morning routines with their lovingly curated selection of products. In the fall of 2021, The Sleep Code introduced their own vintage-inspired collection of sleepwear and loungewear, featuring sumptuously comfortable fabrics, stylish cuts, and a joyful color palette.

The Sleep Code offers Standard Ground Shipping for $12 (USD) for all orders less than $125 (before taxes and shipping costs). For orders $125 or more (before taxes and shipping costs), Standard Ground Shipping is free. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional cost, including 2nd Day Air for $30 (USD) and Next Day Air for $35 (USD), with orders placed weekdays before 7:00 AM PST/10:00 AM EST shipping the same day. The brand ships to US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, as well as the UK and Canada, with International Economy Shipping available for a flat rate of $40 (USD). Please note that international orders do not qualify for free shipping or returns/exchanges, and duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for Standard Ground Shipping, and monogrammed items take up to 4 weeks to ship. Additionally, the brand observes shipping blackout dates for certain holidays.

The Sleep Code offers a flexible return policy for its products. Customers can return or exchange their products using the online return portal. The product(s) must be returned unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date. Products eligible for return will be refunded the product(s) price plus taxes (if applicable), less a $10 restocking and return label fee for each product(s) returned. The refund will not include the original shipping cost. The company does not accept returns for sale items, food, books, magazines, jewelry, fragrances, intimate apparel, any personalized or custom-made products, or curated boxes. Certain products, such as menstrual cups, water bottles, pill cases, towels, and all face and body tools, are final sale and not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons. Returns are not allowed for any product(s) purchased at a Sleep Code pop-up shop. Customers must fill out the return form on the back of their invoice and send the unopened, unused product(s) in original packaging to Boxzooka Fulfillment & Global Ecommerce. The company will deduct a $10 restocking and return label fee from the refund for US returns. The company will issue a prepaid, printable shipping label if the item is eligible for return. The company will keep a record of the order and the customer terms & conditions for one year after accepting the order. The company may refuse to accept orders at its discretion if product(s) are returned repeatedly.
