The Mint Julep Boutique processes orders within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday, with orders placed over the weekend shipping the following business day. Shipping costs are calculated pre-tax and after sale items have been reduced and/or discount coupon codes have been applied. Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $100, with standard shipping for orders under $100 costing $7.95 and taking 3-7 business days. 2-day expedited shipping is available for $25.00, while FedEx Standard Overnight® is quoted. Signature is required on orders $350 or more. Delivery times are estimated after shipping and based on business days, with no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays. Standard shipping is available to all 50 states within the US, including PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs, and US territories. Expedited and overnight shipping are available to all 50 US states except PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories. International shipping is available to select countries, with all orders shipped DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and the customer responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges.

The Mint Julep Boutique offers a return policy for online purchases. Customers can return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit. All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date and items should be returned in their original packaging if possible. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If a customer receives a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, they should contact customer service within 3 business days of receiving the order. The Mint Julep Boutique does not offer refunds and shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on their end. Eligible returns are for store credit only, which is issued in the form of an E-gift card. All items are inspected upon return, and items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
