Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Delivery costs €4.99, and free delivery is available for purchases over €175. Terre Bleu ships to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. The carrier will leave a calling card if the customer is not present to take delivery of the parcel. The second option is delivery to a Terre Bleue boutique in Belgium. Customers can select the preferred boutique for delivery and print the confirmation email to visit the boutique within 10 days. The third option is delivery to a GLS ParcelShop pick-up point. Customers will receive a confirmation email with the pick-up point address and tracking code. Terre Bleu offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have 30 days from the reception of their parcel to return items. The company offers three return options: returning items in a Terre Bleu boutique in Belgium, using their pick-up service by GLS, or returning items via a GLS Parcelshop. All returns are free of charge. Customers must return items with the original tags and labels attached and in perfect condition. If the item has been used, a compensation fee may be charged. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and a new voucher will be issued if the initial order was paid for using a voucher. The company processes refunds within 15 working days after receiving the returned items. If an item cannot be returned, it will be explicitly stated.
