Tentree is a sustainable clothing brand founded in 2012 by David Luba and Kalen Emsley. They offer a wide range of eco-friendly clothing and accessories, all made with an Earth-First approach. For every item purchased, Tentree plants ten trees in communities around the world, supporting reforestation efforts and providing planting jobs. The brand uses only organic or recycled materials for their products, such as TENCEL™ lyocell, organic cotton, and REPREVE® recycled polyester, to minimize waste water and emissions. Tentree also ensures that their partner factories meet ethical labor standards, providing safe and fair working conditions for their workers. As a certified B Corporation and Climate Neutral brand, Tentree is committed to sustainable practices and making a positive impact on the planet.

Tentree offers both standard and express shipping options. International shipping is available for an additional flat rate fee of $30, with delivery to select countries including Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, US Outlying Island, and United Arab Emirates. However, international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions or offers. Customers ordering from the US site can choose to ship internationally, but will be charged the non-refundable $30 flat fee.

Tentree accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for Canadian and US customers. Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable, and a $10 return label fee applies to all returns. Exchanges for a different size in the same style are free, and refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Refunds are issued three days after the return is delivered. Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange. For international orders, Tentree does not offer return shipping labels but will assist with a return for refund using the customer's label. All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders, and exchanges are not available. Tentree offers an extended period for returns or exchanges for orders placed during the holiday season, starting on November 1st and ending on January 15th. US customers use USPS for returns, and Canadian customers use Fedex. If the customer does not live near a Fedex depot, they can email support@tentree.com to arrange a Canada Post label.
