Tea Collection was founded in the year 2002 by Emily Meyer and Leigh Rawdon with the goal of inspiring global connection and curiosity for children. Tea offers a range of children's clothing inspired by different cultures and modern design. Tea believes that no matter where we live or what language we speak, we all have something in common and that is the beauty of Tea. With a focus on giving back, Tea donates 10% of their profits to philanthropic efforts worldwide.

Tea offers shipping to the 50 United States, Washington, DC, and Canada. International shipping is also available, but prices may vary due to import fees. Standard shipping within the US takes 6-10 business days and costs $7.00, but is free for orders over $150.00 after any discounts/promotions and before tax. Priority shipping takes 3-7 business days and costs $15.00, while express shipping takes 2-5 business days and costs $25.00. Overnight shipping is currently inactive on the site due to constraints across the industry by shipping carriers. For Canada, standard shipping takes 8-12 business days and costs $25.00. Duties and taxes will be calculated and collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. For international shipping, express shipping is available, but the price is calculated at the time of shipment. Duties and taxes will also be calculated and estimated at the time of order placement. Note that due to local and regional carriers, all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tea has a flexible return policy for all products not marked as 'Final Sale'. Customers can return any Tea product purchased on TeaCollection.com at any time for any reason within 60 days of the original purchase date. After 60 days, customers can receive store credit on TeaCollection.com. Items marked as 'Final Sale' or included in Warehouse Sale promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To return an item, customers must follow the instructions provided by Tea, which may include using a SmartLabel and allowing 3-6 weeks for returns to be processed. Gift orders are eligible for store credit only, and Tea cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than TeaCollection.com. Customers in Canada are currently unable to process returns or exchanges due to systems and customs restrictions.
