Stio offers several shipping options for their customers. Standard shipping is free for orders over $49, or $8 for orders under $49. This option generally takes 5-10 business days to deliver after being shipped. FedEx Ground shipping is also available for $8, which ensures that the order will be shipped via FedEx. For faster shipping, customers can choose FedEx 2Day shipping for $32 or FedEx Overnight shipping for $50. For orders to Canada, a flat-rate of $65 for FedEx International Economy® covers duty, taxes, handling, and freight. Stio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by their shipping partners.

Stio offers a hassle-free return policy for their products. Customers can return clean, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items for a refund within 30 days of the arrival date. Giveaway or promotional items and items marked as All Sales Final may not be eligible for returns. Uneven or "Shop Now" exchanges for a different product(s) can also be made, and customers will receive a gift card equal to the value of the items being returned. In-store order returns or exchanges can be initiated by contacting the store from which the purchase was made. It may take up to 20 business days for the return to be processed and for the refund to be initiated. Customers should follow their return tracking number for any possible delays. Any items that are giveaway or promotional items or marked as All Sales Final cannot be returned.
