Sporcks offers free shipping to Spain for orders over €40, and a shipping cost of €3.99 for orders below that amount. Shipping to other European countries is free for orders over €55, and a shipping cost of €7 for orders below that amount. The estimated shipping time for Europe is 4 to 6 business days. Sporcks covers any additional fees and taxes for processing the shipment. Express shipping is available for €15, and orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. For orders outside of Europe, free shipping is available for orders over €100, with a shipping cost of €9 for orders below that amount. Express shipping is also available for €15. Any additional fees or duties payable upon arrival are not the responsibility of Sporcks.
Sporcks return policy
30-day return window
Sporcks offers a 30-day return policy for their products. To initiate a return, customers must place the product in its original packaging with the original label and fill out the attached form. It is important to note that Sporcks will not accept returns of products that have already been worn due to hygiene reasons. The buyer is responsible for any fees requested during the return process. Once the returned product is received and approved, Sporcks will issue a refund via the payment method used for the purchase. If any items cannot be returned, Sporcks will explicitly state those restrictions.
