Spoke shipping policy
Free shipping
Spoke offers two shipping options for domestic orders within the UK. Standard shipping is free for orders over £100 and costs £3.99 for orders under £100. This option takes 3-5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracked express shipping costs £8.99 and is sent via DPD for next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon, Monday-Thursday. Orders to certain postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5. For international orders, Spoke ships to 50 countries across the globe, which are listed at checkout. Shipping to the US is free for orders over $150 and costs $9.99 for orders below $150. DHL Express is used for shipping and orders usually take a couple of days to reach the customer once dispatched. Customers will be charged customs and duties for orders over $800. It is important to note that APO, BFPO, PO Boxes, and the Canary Islands are excluded from shipping.

SPOKE offers a 200-day return policy starting from order placement with no explanation required. Trunks and socks can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn, and in original condition. Exchanges do not reset the 200-day window.
