Spoke offers two shipping options for domestic orders within the UK. Standard shipping is free for orders over £100 and costs £3.99 for orders under £100. This option takes 3-5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracked express shipping costs £8.99 and is sent via DPD for next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon, Monday-Thursday. Orders to certain postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5. For international orders, Spoke ships to 50 countries across the globe, which are listed at checkout. Shipping to the US is free for orders over $150 and costs $9.99 for orders below $150. DHL Express is used for shipping and orders usually take a couple of days to reach the customer once dispatched. Customers will be charged customs and duties for orders over $800. It is important to note that APO, BFPO, PO Boxes, and the Canary Islands are excluded from shipping.

Spoke offers a 200-day return policy for their products. Customers do not need to provide an explanation for their return, but the company encourages feedback for improvement. The 200-day period starts from the date of purchase, and customers can choose to exchange or receive a full refund.
