Spartan Race offers several shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. Standard Shipping costs $7.95 and takes 5-10 business days for delivery via UPS Surepost. Ground Shipping takes 3-5 business days and ships via UPS Ground Service. 2 Day Air Shipping takes 2 business days and Next Day Air Shipping takes 1 business day. Power Systems products can only be shipped within the continental United States and a shipping fee based on weight will be automatically applied at checkout. For international orders, Standard International Shipping varies by destination and takes an average of 7-21 business days via DHL Smart Packet Plus. Customs fees, VAT taxes, and additional fees may apply and are based on the full retail price of individual items.
Spartan Race has a returns and exchanges policy for merchandise purchased from their online store. The items must not have been worn or altered and must be accompanied by the original price tag, packaging, and receipt or packing slip within 45 days of purchase. Customers can initiate a return or exchange by visiting the return portal on their website. Broken or damaged merchandise due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race will have the cost to ship a replacement item covered by the company. Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and are not eligible for sale outside of the United States.
