Solid & Striped offers a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Shipping options for US orders include FedEx 2-Day Shipping for $10 (free for orders $150+ and Rewards members in Cabana/Bungalow Tiers), FedEx Standard Overnight for $35, and FedEx Priority Overnight for $50. For international orders, Solid & Striped ships to almost every country and offers $15 Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) and $25 Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) for orders under $100, $10 Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) and $20 Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) for orders $100-$250, and free standard international shipping on all orders over $250. Duties and taxes are included in the order total at checkout. It is important to note that due to worldwide shipping delays with all carriers, orders may arrive later than expected.

Solid & Striped offers a 30-day return policy for all full price items. Exchanges are only available for domestic orders. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Swimsuits returned without hygiene liners will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, and store credit is also an option. A restocking fee of $6.95 will be deducted from domestic refunds, except for members of the Bungalow Tier in the loyalty program. International returns will have a $25 return fee deducted from their refund amount. Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. In-store purchases cannot be returned online. To initiate a return, customers must use the provided links for domestic and international returns. Refunds will be processed 7-10 business days after the return arrives at the facilities.
