Domestic shipping options include Standard Ground, which takes 6-10 business days, and 2-Day, which takes 2 business days. Customers may be required to pay import fees, customs, duties, and VAT, which are not included in the shipping cost. Snowpeak does not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
Snowpeak offers a lifetime guarantee for their products, which are designed to be passed down for generations. Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from snowpeak.com or any Snow Peak USA retail location.
