Sivana offers two shipping options for orders within the USA. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days and costs $9.95, but is free for orders over $125 (after discounts). The 2 Day shipping option costs $25 and orders must be placed by 12pm EST to ship the same day. For international orders, packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority mail within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. International shipping rates vary by country and delivery times are not guaranteed due to the many variables involved in international shipping. Canadian orders are shipped by DHL Express Worldwide with typical 1-2 week delivery. Sivana does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Sivana's return policy allows for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise to be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the original shipping date. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to Sivana, unless the item is defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. To make a return, customers should visit the Exchanges & Returns Portal. Sivana usually processes returns quickly, but customers should allow up to 14 business days from when Sivana receives the items for the account to be refunded.
