Sister Jane aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, generally shipping out same day until 3 pm on UK business days. Orders received after 3 pm (GMT) will be shipped the next business day. The brand uses various couriers for different delivery destinations and offers the best choice of courier available. Average transit times are given by couriers, but they are not guaranteed. Customers are advised to select a delivery address where someone can be present during business hours to receive and sign for the package. The default option is signed for delivery, which is the safest option. For certain remote areas, extra shipping costs might be chargeable. International customers are responsible for paying customs and import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, even if they refuse to accept delivery of the shipments upon arrival. Customs and import duties vary by country, and customers are encouraged to verify with local custom offices the value of any duty-free allowances or which duties and charges are payable upon delivery.
Sister Jane’s Return Policy
Sister Jane allows customers to return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, credited to the original method of payment. However, certain items such as face masks, headbands, hair clips, hair ties, headscarfs or earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Swimwear items should be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and hygiene seals still attached. The item must be returned in its unworn original condition, with all paper tags and barcode labels attached. If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, worn, or stained, Sister Jane reserves the right to refuse a refund. The company does not cover return shipping costs and recommends using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. International customers should follow the same return instructions and include a copy of the original order confirmation or invoice inside the parcel, and write 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel. Currently, orders cannot be exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Sister Jane does not cover VAT, duties, and/or any other taxes applied by the local customs authority. If an item is faulty, customers should use the online return service to request a return and contact Sister Jane's customer service team.
