Simple Retro's Shipping Policy

Simple Retro offers three different shipping methods: Standard, FedEx Express, and Free Standard Shipping for orders over USD 120 (USD 150 for Canada). Standard shipping takes an estimated 7-20 business days and costs between USD 12-USD 16.99, while FedEx Express takes an estimated 5-7 business days and costs USD 28. Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs clearance and unexpected events. Simple Retro does not take responsibility for any shipping delays. Additionally, if the shipping address is in a remote area, an extra fee may be required. Currently, Simple Retro's freight is tax-free.

Simple Retro's Return Policy

Simple Retro accepts returns for items in their original condition with complete packaging and tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. However, the company does not cover the shipping fee for returns at this time. Accessories and items marked as 'FINAL SALE' or 'FLASH SALE' are non-returnable. The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses their return policies. The item(s) must be dropped off and scanned within 30 days of the shipping date to avoid being charged and/or not receiving a refund. Exchanges are only available at the Simple Retro showroom in New York City.
