Siete Foods ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, between Monday to Friday for dry items, and Monday to Thursday for tortillas. All orders have free two-day FedEx shipping, and items are shipped with ice packs in curbside recyclable (Class 7) foam insulated coolers. Due to an increase in online orders, customers should expect a 3-4 day delay for items to depart the facility.

Siete Foods does not accept returns, but they do offer refunds and/or replacements in certain cases. Customers must provide a description of the product, the lot number, where the product was purchased, and photos of the product and packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. All requests must be sent via email for more information. There are no time limits for returns, however, the processing time for refunds or replacements is not specified. Certain items cannot be returned.
