ShopImpressions ships orders the same or next business day after the order is placed, except during holidays, weekends, Friday afternoons, and physical inventory audits, which may take up to 3 business days to ship. Tracking information is sent via email once the order is shipped, and updates are typically available within 1 day. The brand is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages or packages sent to an incorrect address. For orders within the US, there is a $6 flat rate shipping fee for orders under $50, with estimated delivery within 6 business days. Free shipping is offered for orders over $50, with the most economical shipping method used. Ground shipping is also available for a fee with estimated delivery within 3-4 business days, while USPS Express shipping is available for a fee with estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. Delivery dates for flat rate, free, and ground shipping are not guaranteed, but express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. International shipping is available via USPS, rates are based on destination and package weight, and delivery times can take up to 3 weeks. ShopImpressions’s Return Policy
ShopImpressions accepts returns for almost all items, except for final sale items such as intimates, face masks, jewelry, hats and beanies, and items marked 50% off or more at the time of sale.
