ShopBop offers free ground shipping within the United States with a guaranteed arrival of three business days or less. For faster shipping, customers can choose two-day shipping for $10 or next business day shipping for $25. Saturday delivery is also available for $30. Amazon Prime members can enjoy free two-day shipping or next business day shipping for $3.99 per item. Orders placed before 7:00pm US CT using guaranteed shipping methods will begin processing immediately and are guaranteed to arrive by the indicated date. ShopBop ships to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail, but transit times vary and are not guaranteed. International shipping is restricted for items made of exotic skins and furs, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. Beauty products cannot be shipped outside of the United States at this time.

ShopBop offers a 30-day return policy for merchandise, including beauty products. Returns must be made within 30 days and the merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached and the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and final sale items may not be returned. Customers can start their return online within 30 days of receiving their order, and returns within 15 days are free. After 15 days, a $10 label fee per order applies if returned within 16-30 days.
