Sheertex is the first hosiery company to use fiber traditionally used for climbing equipment, making their tights durable and resistant to rips and tears. In addition to their signature tights, Sheertex also offers a Second Chances Collection made from upcycled materials, including masks, headbands, scrunchies, and underwear. Sheertex orders are processed as soon as possible, with most orders being fulfilled the next business day. Shipping times are on average 3-5 business days after the order has left their HQ. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once their order has shipped. Sheertex currently only ships to the US and Canada, and international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees upon arrival in the destination country. All international orders are shipped DDU (duties delivered unpaid), meaning no local taxes/fees are collected in the price charged on the website. Import duties and taxes should be considered when shopping internationally. Sheertex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items, and additional shipping fees may be charged for customer errors in shipping information. At this time, Sheertex does not offer expedited shipping.

Sheertex offers a 90-day guarantee for any damages on their tights products that render them unwearable, observed within the first 90 days from the date of arrival. If eligible, customers can contact Sheertex at hello@sheertex.com to start the quick replacement process. Replacement merchandise will be provided at no additional cost, including shipping. However, all products are final sale for sanitary reasons, and any Sheertex products not purchased directly from their website may not be eligible for the 90-day guarantee. Sheertex reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers who attempt to abuse their return policy. Essential Sheer tights are guaranteed for 30 days, and all products come with a 30 Day Toughness Guarantee.
