Saye offers free shipping for all sneaker orders. However, for orders under the minimum order value for free shipping, shipping costs will apply. The shipping costs vary depending on the country. Saye ships to several countries in Europe, Asia, America, and Oceania. Unfortunately, they do not ship worldwide at the moment. Customers are responsible for the veracity of the address information provided. Transit time can vary from 2-5 business days within the European Union and 3-8 business days outside of the European Union. During high-demand seasons, these lead times may vary. Saye does not cover customs fees, and customers may need to pay additional import, customs, or customs duties if they placed an order from outside the EU. In case of an error in the address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that a second delivery may incur.

Saye's Return Policy

Saye has a 30-day return policy for all unused products, except for socks, accessories, and cleaning kits. Customers can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit.
