Satechi ships orders within two business days. Shipping rates are automatically generated based on the item's weight and delivery location. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT levied by the destination country, which the customer is responsible for paying. Satechi cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by external factors, lost or damaged packages. International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes, or fees. Satechi is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments.

Satechi offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased from their brand. Customers must contact the company with their order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any items. Returns without a valid RMA will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition, including all accessories and packaging. Satechi provides a free return shipping label for customers in the US. However, international orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes, or fees. Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.
