SANDMARC offers free shipping for all US orders with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. For faster delivery, customers can choose 2nd Day shipping for $19 or Overnight shipping for $29. Orders made on Friday for overnight shipping will arrive on Monday as most carriers do not deliver on Saturdays. For international shipments, the standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks depending on customs clearance. Standard international shipping costs $19.95 with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks, while express international shipping costs $40 with a delivery time of 3-7 business days. All customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. SANDMARC ships to most countries worldwide, and a list of these countries is available on their website. For pre-order or out of stock items, customers can contact support for status updates.
SANDMARC offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased from their website. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return the item and receive a full refund as long as it is in its original condition and repackaged. Refurbished items are not eligible for returns due to the heavy discounting on each product. To initiate a return, customers must visit the SANDMARC website and follow the instructions provided. The shipping cost for returning an item is free for U.S orders, but international orders require the customer to pay for shipping.
