RhinoShield offers free standard shipping for orders over US$50 worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped between Monday to Friday (GMT+8), and orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day. Fulfillment estimates vary depending on whether the order includes printed items, with non-printed items shipped within 2 business days and printed items taking 3 to 5 business days. Tracking information is automatically provided within 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment. Estimated delivery time starts from when the order is fulfilled, and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination. Please note that any import duties, taxes, and charges for international shipping are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and buyers are responsible for these charges. RhinoShield does not offer refunds for packages still in transit, lost during transit, or marked as delivered. Any damages upon arrival must be reported within 7 days after arrival.

RhinoShield accepts returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly from their official website within 30 days of arrival. Customers who purchased products from other sellers should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. Customers should note that return shipping costs will not be covered, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable both ways. Design Your Own products cannot be returned or exchanged, and replacement products cannot be returned for a refund. Used screen/back/lens protectors, backskins, and GRIP (adhesive version) products cannot be returned. Customers must contact RhinoShield with their order number and list out the exact product(s) being returned. RhinoShield recommends choosing a mailing service with tracking option for the return package. Once RhinoShield receives the package, it will take 2-10 business days for their quality assurance team to verify the contents meet the conditions above.
