Rec Room only ships domestically within the United States using the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 and may take up to 8 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and may take up to three days for processing before shipping. Unfortunately, arrival times are not guaranteed due to internal shipping issues with the carrier. Rec Room does not currently offer international shipping. In the case of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier and then contact Rec Room with their order number and claim number for assistance.

Rec Room accepts returns of unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the ship date. However, this fall, they are only able to offer exchanges or store credit for returned items. Shipping/returns are free of charge. To initiate a return, customers must email orders@rec-room.com. Rec Room does not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed. They do not ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S Territories. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
