Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 or for email-opted account holders (except Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong); otherwise $9.95. Processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment. UPS 2 Day Air is available for domestic orders only.
Rails’s Return Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for $7.95 fee (waived for store credit, exchanges, or in-store returns). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags. Returns made 15-30 days after delivery are exchange or store credit only.
