Free shipping over $75
Public Rec offers free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75. For orders that do not meet the threshold, a $6 shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Most orders are shipped from San Diego, CA and are sent via FedEx or DHL (in partnership with USPS). During the busiest weeks, between Thanksgiving and Christmas, it can take an additional day for orders to be shipped.
Public Rec return policy
45-day return window
Public Rec offers a free return policy on all domestic orders. Customers can return items within 45 days of purchase as long as they are unwashed and unworn. The company does not cover items marked as "final sale" or damage caused by accidents or wear and tear. Underwear can only be returned if it is the customer's first pair and has not been opened or worn. Purchases from third-party retailers are also not eligible for returns. Customers must follow the instructions provided by Public Rec to return their items.
