DTCetc’s Take

About Poketo

Poketo was founded in 2003 by Ted Vadakan and Angie Myung. This lifestyle brand is based in the United States and was created with the vision of infusing art and design into everyday life. Poketo offers a wide range of design-conscious goods that are perfect for cultivating a creative lifestyle. The brand has collaborated with over 200 international artists to create exclusive products that reflect their philosophy of "Art for Your Every day." Poketo has worked with well-known brands and companies such as Nike, Disney, and Target, as well as museums like MOCA and the Guggenheim. In 2019, they published their debut book, CREATIVE SPACES, which celebrates creatives, their work, and their spaces. With stunning photography and intimate profiles, this book showcases an eclectic mix of creatives in the spaces that inspire them.

Poketo is the go-to brand for art lovers, design enthusiasts, and creative spirits who value aesthetic and functionality in equal measures. They are likely to be trendsetters, always in search of unique and distinctive items to enrich their everyday life. They take pride in supporting collaborative projects with international artists and well-established brands, and they enjoy products that carry a story or a strong philosophical foundation. The Poketo shopper is a discerning consumer who values the intersection of art, design, and daily life, and seeks to reflect this in their personal and professional spaces. They might be a creative professional themselves or simply someone who cherishes the beauty of artistic expression in their surroundings.

Poketo ships from their warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders of $50 or more, while orders below $50 have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 to the 48 contiguous states and $12 to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for additional duties and taxes at the time of delivery, which are not covered in shipping rates. Poketo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. Customers can cancel an order prior to fulfillment, but modifications cannot be made once an order is placed.

Poketo's Return Policy

Poketo offers a hassle-free return policy for full-priced items purchased outside of their sales periods. Customers can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving their order, as long as it is in its original condition with tags attached. However, health and beauty products, candles with opened packaging, books, torn or open packaging, food, edible products, face masks, and original artwork are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers must email poketo@patternbrands.com to receive a return label. The brand does not currently offer exchanges. In case of a damaged product, customers must take a picture of the package before opening it and email it to poketo@patternbrands.com with their order number and pictures of the damaged product and package. Poketo aims to process returns as quickly as possible.
